Contents:
Is it alright for a multinational company in Malaysia to use a Safety & Health (S&H) Policy signed by their Global CEO or MD based overseas ? If not, is it recommended or is it a legal requirement that the Malaysia’s Head or Regional Head (based in Malaysia) must sign the S&H Policy for Malaysia ? Where is this stated or who (person) can confirm this ?
